North Country Animal League is an animal welfare non profit promoting compassionate and responsible relationships between humans and animals. The NCAL Pet Adoption Center is open to visitors during hours of operation. Interested adopters are encouraged to visit our website to view available animals and Register Adoption Interest by submitting an Adoption Questionnaire for a dog or cat on our website. To meet with an animal, make an appointment by calling 802-888-5065 ext. 1 or emailing adopt@ncal.com.
