The Pennsylvania SPCA Lancaster Center is dedicated to making the lives of animals (and their people) throughout the county better. Our Lancaster Center is the only municipal facility in the city and accepts strays and lost animals from across the county, working diligently to return them to their rightful homes. We are proud to reunite families. The Pennsylvania SPCA operates under a no-kill philosophy, working toward finding "furever" homes for all animals entering our care.
