Founded in 1883, SPCA Westchester is a No-Kill Animal Rescue Center supporting more than 5,500 puppies, dogs, kittens & cats. We are not affiliated with any national animal welfare organizations. Adopt a homeless rescue pet today! Our Humane Law Enforcement Unit is run solely on donations & serves: Yonkers, Tuckahoe, Bronxville, Harrison, Mt.
