ROAS is a managed admission shelter, serving the residents of Royal Oak and Berkley in conjunction with Animal Control. Open by appointment; call 248.548.3058 or email roas@romi.gov to schedule. ROAS is located directly behind Matthews-Hargreaves Chevrolet, across Edgeworth from Kroger, and south of 12 Mile Road, between Campbell Road and Stephenson Hwy.
